Orders & Availability
Why are your products on pre-order?
We build in small batches, with the same care you’d expect from a watchmaker or instrument maker. Pre-orders allow us to plan production precisely, avoid waste, and guarantee that every grinder meets our standards before it leaves the workshop.
How long will my pre-order take?
Pre-orders typically ship within 45 days after the pre-order event closes. Lucy will always keep you updated with build progress, and you’ll know exactly when your grinder is ready to ship.
Will you make these products again once they sell out?
Yes, but never on a mass-production scale, and never ever on a Limited Edition Product.
Each drop is planned, documented, and repeated only if we can meet the same level of quality.
Design & Engineering
What makes your grinders different from others?
Stepless micron adjustment. No clicks, no counting, no maths. You set your grind in microns — absolute or incremental — and return to it with confidence. Our scales are engineered for precision, not approximation.
Why do you care so much about materials?
Because materials define performance. We don't make up fancy words for materials, or make unsubstantiated claims. We publish exact alloys, coatings, and tolerances so you know your grinder is built like a tool, not a toy. We don't claim to be a 'game-changer' or 'end game grinder', that's for you to decide.
What is “right to repair” in practice?
Every product comes with manuals, diagrams, and parts lists. We make replacement components available, and we’ll point you to third-party tools if that’s the better option. No locked designs, no forced obsolescence.
Care & Maintenance
How do I clean my grinder?
Each model is designed to be stripped down and reassembled without specialist tools. You’ll recalibrate to zero after cleaning, and our calibration scale ensures zero always means zero.
What if something wears out?
Every grinder is covered by a 10-year warranty with right-to-repair support. We, or your chose repairer, or yourself will be able to replace individual parts instead of scrapping the whole tool.

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide, with free tracked delivery, duties and taxes paid, by DHL GoGreen, on all orders.
Do you offer returns?
Yes, unused products can be returned for free within 30 days of delivery. But if you have a problem, we’d rather repair or replace the part than waste the tool.
