Shipping is free for orders over £50 in the UK. The cost of return shipping will be refunded should the item returned be defective.
You may cancel your pre-order at anytime before shipping with a full refund.
After delivery, you have 14 days to decide if you want to keep your purchase or return to us undamaged for a full refund.
When the pro-order period ends, manufacturing may take up to 60 days to point if delivery. We will update everyone each Friday at 19:00 UTC (+1).
Pre-Orders: How It Works
Pre-ordering allows us to plan and allocate resources based on what you, our customers, choose to order.
Your payment is not used to fund manufacturing. It is held securely in a separate account until your order is fulfilled.
